Simple controls

Privacy choices

Most Tracey content stays on your iPhone. Here is how to control it or contact us.

Camera and photo permissions

Open iPhone Settings → Tracey to review or remove Camera and Photos access. Tracey may be less useful when a permission is disabled, but you can still use features that do not need it.

Saved drawings and app data

Delete drawings inside My Studio. Deleting the app removes remaining Tracey content and preferences stored locally on that device. The current version does not create a Tracey account or cloud-save artwork.

Purchases

Manage or cancel Tracey Pro in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple provides purchase history and refund tools. Tracey can restore eligible purchases but cannot access your card details or Apple Account password.

Submit a privacy request

Email support@traceyapp.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Explain whether you want access, correction, deletion, restriction or another eligible right. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request a proportionate verification step.

Because Tracey currently has no user accounts, we may hold little or no information that can be linked back to you. We will still search relevant support records and respond as required by applicable law.

Questions or complaints

Contact support@traceyapp.com. You may also contact the privacy or consumer regulator available in your region, as described in the Privacy Policy.
